Q: When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 24 hours after your order was received. All orders are shipped from Williamsburg, VA 23188. We ship orders every day during standard office hours Monday - Friday. Excluding holidays. Orders placed after 12 pm EST will ship the following business day.
Q: When will my order arrive?
We ship orders via UPS or US Postal Service. Standard delivery orders will usually arrive in 4-5 business days. Transit times are estimates that are subject to change based on the carrier. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
Q: Can I update the address on my order?
We cannot edit or update your address after your order has been accepted into our system. All orders begin processing immediately for shipment.

We are unable to cancel your order once it has been accepted into our system. All orders begin processing immediately for shipment.

Yes, please visit our returns page here.
We do not ship outside the United States and its territories at this time. We ship to the continental United States, U.S. territories, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and APO/FPO addresses.
Q: Do you offer gift cards?
